Medium Impact / indoor athletic shoe, yoga mat / HIIT

This fusion class starts out with a cardio warm up, then gives you a combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands, and your own body! End with mindful stretches and relaxing music. A complete body workout in one short hour! Good for all levels.

This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class is typically set up in a circuit format. We incorporate functional body weight exercises, medicine balls, jump ropes, TRX straps, a battle rope, and an agility ladder into the workout for an efficient full body training session.

Short circuit

High Impact / indoor athletic shoe / HIIT

Just 30 minutes will challenge your cardio and strength system. Circuit training combines resistance training and aerobic exercises as you move through a series of stations that are carefully designed for targeted strength-building, improved agility, and increased muscular endurance.
